What can I expect during the initial coaching session?

Prior to the session I will contact you to ask you a few
questions about yourself and to set a date/time for the
session.  During the call, I will explain more about coaching
to you and we will actually have a true coaching session so
that you can understand the powerful benefits of coaching.  
After the call I will follow up by sending you a summary of
the call and detail. All of this, is absolutely free!
